- Satisfing our CLIENTS’ demands by a realistic approach of the contractation, design, execution, guarantee and post-gurantee phases
- Permanent improvement of the quality management system’s efficiency and of the organisation’s performances through periodical analysis viable progam building.
- Increase in execution performance by emphasizing on machine activity
- Applying a flexible and innovative management which relies on creating strong communicational structures between the department coordinators.
- The continuous revising and improvement of the document on which the quality management system is built, according to the organizational changes (new procedures and instructions, MQ reviewing etc)
- Working with sub-contractors carefully selected thorough external auditing.
- Optimizing the quality level of our services and of the economic efficiency by increasing the responsibility and competence of the working teams, of the coordinating compartments and by stimulating personal initiatives.
- Identifying the revolutionary technologies and implementing modern ideas and philosophies- in perfect coordination with the activity of preventing negative effects on man and environment.
- Motivating personnel to achieve quality the first time and every time.
For this, Our General Manager will make sure that all the dispositions of the quality manual translate into facts our quality policy and he will supervise for all the orders and quality measures to be respected. In elaborating and applying this policy, the Quality management System’s manager has authority and is responsible for checking the stages of implementation and continous improvement of the quality management system in S.C. SOMMERING INSTAL S.R.L., according to the SR EN ISO 9001: 2001 requests, having full support from the General Manager.
